Please read this notice carefully before using any Factory Gym facilities. If there is anything you do not understand, please speak to a member of staff at your gym location before participating in any activities.

1. Personal Injury and Health Risks

Use of gym equipment, machinery, and facilities can be physically demanding and involves inherent risks that cannot be entirely eliminated, including the risk of personal injury.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit to participate in any activity. You should seek medical advice from your doctor or a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise programme, particularly if you are pregnant, unwell, injured, or have a medical condition.

Rules of Use

You must:

  • Act responsibly and sensibly at all times

  • Not participate if you are unwell or under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs

  • Follow all safety warnings, signage, and instructions displayed in the gym or provided by staff

  • Ask a member of staff if you are unsure how to use any equipment safely

  • Wear appropriate, clean footwear and clothing

  • Replace and return all weights and equipment after use

Except where caused by our negligence or breach of legal duty, participation in any activity at a Factory Gyms location is entirely at your own risk.

2. Use of Gym Equipment

You are responsible for using all gym equipment safely and in accordance with instructions provided.

You must behave sensibly and with due care so as not to cause injury to yourself or others.

Except where caused by our negligence or breach of legal duty, use of gym machinery, equipment, and facilities is entirely at your own risk.

3. Loss or Damage to Property

Except where caused by our negligence or breach of legal duty, we accept no responsibility for the loss, theft, damage, or destruction of personal property or belongings while using our facilities.

By using any Factory Gym facilities, you acknowledge that:
